Evaporative cooling pads (also known as Honeycomb cooling pads or adiabatic cooling pads) are designed for high-efficiency evaporative cooling in industrial, agricultural, and ventilation systems.
Available in panel or frame format, these evaporative cooling pad systems deliver natural air conditioning and humidity control with minimal energy consumption.

Thanks to their unique double-bend channel structure, the pads maximize air-to-water contact, ensuring efficient temperature reduction and stable airflow. Based on the natural principle of adiabatic cooling, water evaporates within the airflow, reducing air temperature without refrigerants or compressors.

Ideal for direct, indirect, or hybrid evaporative cooling applications, they combine sustainability, low pressure drop, and long-term durability.

Evaporative Cooling Pads – Type 5090 & 7090 for Industrial and Agricultural Air Cooling

These evaporative cooling panels (also referred to as humidifying pads or adiabatic filters) cool ambient air through the natural process of evaporative cooling, without the use of refrigerant gases or compressors.
They are a reliable and eco-friendly solution for HVAC systems, evaporative air handlers, and passive cooling installations.

Available in standard thicknesses of 50, 100, 150 and 200 mm, these pads are built from high-absorption cellulose with a honeycomb structure, ensuring maximum evaporation efficiency and low pressure drop in all air cooling systems.

These evaporative cooling pads are perfectly suited for direct, indirect, or hybrid adiabatic air cooling systems, providing an environmentally responsible solution for controlling indoor climate with low energy costs and high cooling power.
