Our Filtration Expertise for the Plastics Finishing Sector
Since its creation in 1992, Technicis Filtration has established itself as a leader in the manufacturing of filters for finishing booths. With over 30 years of experience, our company has developed in-depth expertise in air filtration, particularly in the plastic finishing and metallization sector.
Whether for painting, metallization or plastic finishing workshops, we have developed solutions adapted to each process. Production environments require efficient filtration systems to ensure optimal finish quality, maintain clean and safe working conditions, and optimize maintenance operations.
The metallization of plastics can be done by galvanic method (electroplating) or liquid method. This technique consists of covering plastic parts with several layers (up to 7 layers, from attack to finish). It makes the parts more efficient, with more resistance, conductivity, great protection, and a metallic finish (raw with mirror effect).
Our ranges of filters are specially designed to effectively capture these particles, thus reducing pollutant discharges and improving the durability of ventilation equipment. Our continuous research and innovation, using quality materials with low environmental impact, ensures superior performance and a long lifespan for our products.
Technicis Filtration is committed to supporting you at every step, from selecting the filter best suited to your specific needs, through to installation and maintenance. Our goal is to provide tailor-made solutions that meet the stringent requirements of the plastics finishing industry, while contributing to more environmentally friendly production.
Our experience allows us to help you in your CSR approach, with products manufactured in France, which meet CARSAT recommendations concerning working conditions, and environmental discharge controls measured by DREAL.
Here are examples of the different applications and professions where our filters are used in the plastic finishing and metallization sector:
- Sprayed products: paint, varnish, lacquers, metallization, chrome VI
